アプトの道は信越本線の廃止区間である横川駅から軽井沢駅までのうち、横川駅から熊ノ平駅の区間を整備した遊歩道です。
めがね橋や旧丸山変電所などの碓氷峠鉄道遺産に触れることができます。
アプトの道にあるトンネル内の照明は18時以降消灯します。
それ以降の通行も禁止はされていませんが、日中の訪問をお勧めします。
Apt road is the esplanade where a discontinued railroad line, Shinetsu-line.
There are several tourist spots.
Notice: The light in tunnels are turned off after 18:00.
To enter the tunnel is not prohibited. However, I recommend to you visiting there in daytime.
第9隧道は長さ120mほどのトンネルです。
キャッシュはその中間あたりの待避所に隠しました。
GPSはもちろん効きませんので写真を元に探してください。
※このトンネルは国指定の重要文化財です。無理に構造物に力を加えるなどの行為を行わないでください。
マイクロサイズのためペンをお持ちください。
Length of 9th tunnel is about 120 meters.
Cache is hidden in the shelter place which is in the middle of the tunnel.
Of course, you can not receive GPS signal. See picture of GZ.
Please bring you own pen.
Caution: This tunnel is is designated by a government as an important cultural asset. Please handle it with care.
