This geocache is part of the History Quest! series featuring the Historic Markers in Charlotte County. There may be events in Downtown Punta Gorda that may impede the finding of the last cache.
This multi-cache will take you to three historic markers in beautiful and historic downtown Punta Gorda. There is a parking garage near the first stop so your car can stay shaded if doing this multi during the hot summer months. Each stage is only a couple blocks away from each other.
After parking, walk to the posted coordinates. You will find a historical marker at each stage. Use the information on the sign to solve the following problems:
