We haven't come across any caches in America that begin with the letter Ø, which is a letter that is obviously not used in the English language but is used elsewhere around the world. As a result, we decided to do something about it! In order to find the location of this cache, one possible method would be to start out 'Øst og sør,' at a location somewhere out in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Specifically, go to sør 40º 33.194, øst 94º 25.461. Once you're at that location, drill straight down through the center of Earth, and when you surface on the other side, you'll be at the coordinates of this cache. Obviously this would take quite some time, but if you're clever, perhaps you can figure out another way?
