This is a puzzle cache that is best attempted in a group or at least with a partner as it will require a tool (refer to the title- it is a hint), and more than a few hands most likely!
The cache itself is placed with permission at one our favorite local watering holes. They have requested that you search from 5AM-10PM only. The cache itself is a black PVC tube connected to a wooden post underneath an A/C unit. Please be respectful of the area and any patrons that might be near. No need to practice stealth, however, as the owners know it is there, and would probably get a kick out seeing you trying to solve this one!
