Geocache Description:

INTRO:     I have been reading about geocaches for some time now. Never gave much thought about pursuing a find until my daughter mentioned this new, and seemingly fun, adventure that we could spend time together doing. So, it began. She decided to call ourselves “Team Beatles 15”. I have always been a Beatles fan and through the years she has also learned to appreciate the complexity and creativity that went into the arrangement of their music. (Not to mention that, in our opinion, it is just good listening).

Therefore, we have decided to try some of the same “complexity and creativity” to come up with a series of hides of our own.  The above coordinates do not take you directly to the hidden cache, however, you will need to visit them in order to begin your search. There is nothing hidden here, but if you are able to observe your surroundings well enough, you can come away with a hint to a well know song title by the Fab Four. Some will be quite obvious while others may make you think about it for a little while. You will then be able to use information about this particular song to lead you to the nearby final destination of the hidden cache.

VERSE:     Anyway, I’m sure that we are not the first team to come up with this idea but we decided to hide a series of caches designed to highlight different song titles from the Beatles vast library. Hopefully they will be as fun for you to find as it was for us to try to be creative enough to keep you interested.

Good Luck, enjoy yourselves, and let us know what you think. . . .

CHORUS:     Once you have arrived at the above coordinates, take a good look around at your surroundings. The hint to the song title could be right in front of you or it could be a little inconspicuous. Maybe it is in the form of an address, the location, a road name, part of a business name, something on a sign, etc. I promise it not to be too difficult and in plain sight but you must have some knowledge of Beatle songs in order to make the connection. Once you believe you have the song title, then proceed. (Note: This one may be a little tougher than the previous ones because the title of the song is not present in front of you, but it is connected with what people do inside there).

FINALE:      To find the cache location, take the above North coordinates, add the number of letters in the title of this song, then add the number of letters in the album title the song is from, and finally, add the number of violins used in the orchestral backup of this song.

For the West coordinates, take the number of letters in the name of the person credited as lead vocalist on this song, add the total number of tracks on side two of the album, and then add the actual track number that the song appears as on that side. Now take your sum and subtract it from the above west coordinates.
