Dogs generally must be on leash on public property in the city, however, but there are a few exceptions. The Dog Park is one. Dogs are also allowed off leash during certain morning hours in several of the city’s parks. This cache is located in one of them. Come in the morning to see the dogs run free before 8 AM and to get this cache. It is also a very nice park with a playground for kids, an expanse of lawn and picnic tables for you to use. You should be able to find the cache during the off-leash hours without attracting attention.
