Der Cache befindet sich gemäß der Richtlinien bei den Header-Koordinaten. Du kannst dich jederzeit ins Logbuch vor Ort eintragen, darfst den Cache jedoch erst online loggen wenn folgende Bedingung erfüllt ist:
Besuche 10 Event Caches, also welche der Typen 
Event Cache, 
Mega‑Event Cache, 
Giga‑Event Cache, 
Cache in Trash Out Event, 
Groundspeak Block Party, 
Lost and Found Event Cache, 
Groundspeak Lost and Found Celebration innerhalb von einem Kalenderjahr, also von 1.1. bis 31.12.
Hier kannst du überprüfen, ob du diese Anforderung erfüllst und den Cache also nach dem Eintrag ins Logbuch auch online loggen darfst:

Have you ever wondered what these funny caches with the speech bubbles are doing on the map and why you can find no caches there? Then this challenge is just right for you!
The cache is located at the header coordinates according to the guidelines. You can sign the logbook at any time, but you can log the cache online only if the following condition is met:
Visit 10 Event Caches, according to the types listed above, in one calendar year, meaning the interval between 01/01 and 12/31.
You can check if you're meeting the condition using the challenge checker above.
