This is known as "Coster Country" to honour a great Australian entertainer, Stan Coster who called Manilla his home. Stan Coster OAM was an Australian country music singer-songwriter. His songs were regularly performed by Slim Dusty and other singers. He is the father of country music singer Tracy Coster. Stan was born: 1930, Died: March 25, 1997,Manilla NSW He wrote the Autobiography of Stan Coster and Travelling my Own Track. A series of trees have been painted by a local artist with a vivid imagination and a keen sense of humour. Worth a "selfie" of them. Be careful crossing the road.
