Geocache Description:

Recently I was travelling through the Adelaide Hills looking for a new location for my next geocache hide and was Quite Roused to find a rather Quirky Receptacle.
I dropped a cache off and create a QR code (version 1) for myself in which I just recorded the minutes of the coordinates. Unfortunately it was bucketing with rain and my QR got very wet and no longer scanned. Especially the left side was almost unreadable. Knowing a bit about how QR codes are constructed I set upon the painstaking task to recreate my set of coordinates.

Finally I was convinced that I got the text right, albeit I was a little uncertain about the encoding mode, and I was very pleased when I heard the beep on my scanner to tell me the code was deciphered.
However my heart sank as the scan result simply read:

+/E%4C I7.9COM2II6-/PM0Z

I knew for sure I was sooo close to getting it right. Can you help me?
