Great Neck Conservation Area and Clark Pond Overlook was established in 2007. This Town owned property was protected, along with sixteen other parcels collectively called the Great Neck Conservation Area, through funding from The Town of Ipswich Open Space Bond, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service National Coastal Wetlands Program, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Self Help Program, Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, and the Fields Pond Foundation.
The Town also received technical support from The Trustees of Reservations and Essex County Greenbelt Association.
Parking is along the side of the road near the kiosk.
This cache is a part of a series of caches hidden on land owned by the Ipswich Open Space Program, hidden by an AmeriCorps-MassLIFT member.
