Hallo liebe Cachergemeinde,
im Zuge des „Baby-Willkommensdienstes“ hier in Beelitz werden von frisch gebackenen Eltern jedes Jahr zum Weltkindertag Obstbäume gepflanzt um den Neugeborenen symbolisch Wurzeln zu verleihen. So auch am Rand dieses Weges. Die Bäume werden von der Stadt gesponsert, die Grundpflege übernimmt der Bauhof.

once a year on International Children's Day, the „baby welcoming committee“ of Beelitz organizes a planting action. Parents plant fruit trees as a symbol to give their children roots. You can see the result out here. The trees are sponsored by the town and cared by the town employees.
