50 Shades of Evil Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

da Bush Man: This is the most complicated, most sinister, and most fun cache I've ever placed. It took an enormous amount of time to set up with more than 1,000 fire tacks, and the lion's share of the credit goes to ApolloandMe. I was just lucky to be a part of his ingenuity behind this awesome adventure many of you shared with us.

I had hoped to do some maintenance this summer and bring this cache back to its former glory, but after investigating many of the stages, I determined it will take far more effort to repair than I have the time to commit. This cache deserves all of its 50 shades of evil and to honour it properly, it's full blast or nothing. With that said, I respectfully retire this cache to waking nightmares for those that endured it and let the legend live on!

Geocache Description:

A night cache located along a popular urban walkway

Enjoy!

From the posted co ordinates you will be guided by fire tacs. All tacs should be simple to locate.
As you roam along or near the various trails please consider the following:
1) 1 tac guides your route
2) 2 tacs indicates turn(s)
3) 3 tacs is NOT helpful
4) 5 tacs reveals a location of a stage

Please use common sense when attempting to complete this night cache. After all, it's only a smiley and there is no sense in putting yourself at risk. There are plenty of P&G's that can provide an easy smiley, this is not one of those. Please carefully review the attributes before attempting this night cache.

Each stage is named after a geocacher from our community, it is important to note the geocacher's name at each stage and to also record the required information. There are 2 stages where we were unable to list the geocacher's name and once you visit the stage it will become apparent as to why. For your benefit, the unlabeled stage that is lower than the other is DRDRKRZ and higher one is JATMO.

This cache will absolutely require teamwork. It is critical that you either mark waypoints or use your track-back feature while searching for the various stages....... You have been warned!

We had an amazing time placing this night cache and hope that your adventure is fun too. Locating the final will require skill and determination, so finding this cache is not for everyone.
