Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.  The coordinates will take you to the start of Harolds Walkway in Peachland.  This is a very popular 1.9 km trail that is busy year round.  People come to walk their dogs, play bocce, picnic, rollerblade, and exercise on the provided equipment.  Fall is a good time to check out the spawning kokanee in Trepanier Creek.  Please use the signs on the gazebo to answer the following questions. 


A =  The last 2 digits of the last year the Hydro electric dam on Trepanier Creek provided power to Peachland + 2.

B = The last digit of the year Peachland was incorporated.

C =  The last digit  of the year that this community had to come up with a name for itself as it now had a post office.

D = The last digit of the year the fur traders started to come through this area.

E = The number of species of fish in Okanagan Lake x 2 + 2 

F = The smallest diameter of horsetail in mm + 1

G = The largest estimated diameter of Ogopogo in cm  minus the largest estimated length in meters - 9

H = The first digit of the number of years 1st Nations people have lived in the Okanagan - 1

I = The smallest estimated length of Ogopogo in meters x 2

J = The first digit of the year of the Okanagan Trail x 2
