In the spring of 2015, I launched my kayak here so that I could paddle over to get some caches on the other side of the lake. I was delayed, however, by some numbskull who had attempted to put in a boat too large for this ramp. He had gotten stuck and another truck with a boat in tow was pulling him out. (An interesting operation, to be sure.) Once the numbskull was safely out, the red-faced man headed off to find a more appropriate place to put in at. I remember thinking if I ever put a cache here, I know the perfect name for it.
Normally, I strive for originality when creating a cache. I saw a cache similar to this recently; however, and I loved the idea so here it is. This cache is a unique large container that is log-only (BYOP) There is a hand-hammered FTF lure for the taking. This can be a high muggle area, so use stealth.
Finding the log is the tricky part of this cache so good luck.
