Early Christmas Present Mystery Cache

Cache is not at the posted coordinates. You will be looking for a 1kg. PB jar. BYOP. The idea for this cache comes from Deepspace4 who gave me his blessing to use it. Now for the puzzle:

Bob and Doug McKenzie are at it again. They are hoping for a Great White Christmas and to get prepared for it they want to do their Christmas shopping early this year. They could only afford to get 9 gifts by the time they were done. Here's how it played out:
