Turtle_Sask: Stopped by to pick up this cache. Felt it was time to archive this series and free up some space for more geocaches. Thanks for those who found these caches over the years and left kind remarks. Happy caching!

Geocache Description:

Winter is coming, do you feel it?... I feel it!

And I predict colder weather and more snow than the last few!

Make sure you are well prepared for winter caching this season with a proper Coat, Toque, Mitts, Scarf, Winter tires, and of course a Hot beverage to keep you warm!

I wanted to put out a few winter friendly caches this season and thought why not make a series of caches out of it! The very first cache I found was part of a Christmas series. You had to collect a number that corresponds with a letter to get the coordinates to the final in the series. So a shout out to Olemaz for making that awesome series so enjoyable that it inspired me to create a similar one.

Nothing much better than having a nice warm toque on the Ol' Noggin in the cold harsh environment of winter. Do you have a favorite or special toque that you wear in the winter? I personally have a few that I wear, one of which is a Sask Roughrider toque! :). Let me know if you have a favorite toque!

The "Winter is coming" series consists of 6 traditional caches and one mystery final.

Click on the following images to easily navigate to the other caches in the series and final.

All good cachers will always carry a writing implement and also replace the cache "exactly" where they found it!

Don't forget to get the information needed at each of the traditional's in this series located at the top of each cache's logbook, ex) A = 6 or D = 3
