This is a trail cache.
Follow each stage in sequence, you begin from trail head to the end and also the cache.
Each stage represents a number. Stage 01 is 'a', Stage 02 is 'b', and so on so forth. For example, at Stage 1 (posted coords), you could see one of pictures in the posted 3x3 montage square, labeled with a number "8". So, 'a' is "8" and so on so forth.
9 stages 9 numbers give you the final coords: N24° 5a.bcd' E121° ef.ghi'
