ruylopez: I learned some things today:
1) Reviewers have a special "Needs maintenance" log option and don't have to use the double log nonsense the rest of us have to use.
2) Some reviewers apparently think it's OK to log a "Needs maintenance" on a cache they haven't even visited.
3) Caches with a perfectly dry logsheet need maintenance.
