Geocache Description:

This is the second in a series of caches around the Millennium Loop. See GC6VYGY Absolute Beginners for loop information. Also look out for clues for the bonus cache.

Sequoia (Redwood) trees are the tallest and largest trees in the world. They are native to California and Oregon in the United States. There are places in California where one can drive a car through the trunk of a tree!

This redwood tree is modestly sized compared to its Californian cousins, but is huge, and towers over the surrounding trees.

The cache is a small tupperware box. It is hidden at ground level at the base of the tree. It is NOT hidden in the soft bark of the tree, so do not damage the bark when searching.

California Dreamin' by Mamas & the Papas was released in 1965 and reached number 9 in the UK singles chart.
