The first cache I ever found was only a couple hundred feet from here, and was placed as a memorial to a grocery store that was there many years ago. Now with the redevelopment of the whole place, many people are lamenting the loss of one particular eatery where I got to watch the Jets lose on several occasions.
I miss the take out place that was next door more, but I'm pretty sure I'm the only one. Well, me and the people that worked there, I guess.
