Regional Districts in BC are celebrating 50 years next year. To kick off the celebrations, the Fraser Valley Regional District (FVRD) has created a geocache for each of the six member municipalities and eight electoral areas of the FVRD. This geocache is a lock & lock container in the City of Chilliwack and contains a few items for trade.
Make sure to look out from the viewing platform at the ever changing landscape. Imagine centuries before and how it has changed. Hillkeep view is breathtaking. Behind you lies a cache in waiting. Climb the trail, look out for nettles, watch your footing and head to the platform. Look south and stop all the clocks, cut off the cell phones. Breathe in. The Fraser Valley!
