Its been a busy week, with me finding my 3000th cache (Anawhata, Auckland) and attending my first MEGA here in Turangi. What better way to celebrate, but to hide a cache here.
This visit I have at last completed the Tongariro River Trail, completed the LOTR series, stopped to look at the mosaic's panels starting at the information centre and walked to Tokaanu. We even found time to fit in a FTF find chase, with a white water rafting trip down this river.
In my quest to find caches and the perfect hiding spot, many km's were walked. Today I found the perfect place for a cache!
