The WGA is a group of fun-loving, enthusiastic, outdoor-minded people who like to geocache and we want to help others do the same. Our purpose is to plan geocaching events in Wisconsin that are open to everyone who wishes to sign up and participate.
In turn, the events we plan are designed for:
- Meeting people
- Communication
- Education

The 2006 WGA Geo-Picnic happened at Kettle Moraine State Forest - Southern Unit Nordic Picnic Shelter on August 19, 2006.
Back then we had 861 logs on the 40+ temporary caches, plus the permanent caches. Good times.
