With the completion of the Highway 29 and Interstate 41 interchange, many changes have taken place in this area to the local roads and surrounding areas. New to the area is a nice wide walking/biking path that meanders through. It starts east of the Interstate 41 and Highway 29 flyover interchange and works its way through to Pamperin Park.
One thing that has not changed though is the smells that come from the local meat rendering plant. If the wind is coming from the right direction, you will definitely be wondering what that smell is!
Enjoy this mini series of 15 caches but please be careful as well. You will need to walk through several round-a-bout crossings and traffic can be moving quickly through here. While placing this mini series, I saw lots of birds in the trees, the ponds and the grasses along the way. All the caches are placed in the green spaces away from the roads.
These are not park and grab caches. This road is too busy for you to be stopping a vehicle. Enjoy the walk and have some fun.
