Geocache Description:

Dewey Mills Pond was created in the 1800's as a woolen mill making fine satinets and shoddy. In the 1900's this mill was making maerial used to make the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankee uniforms. In 1952 the mill closed and moved to Enfield New Hampshire. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers took over the property soon after as part of a large flood control plan. In 1965 the State of Vermont started leasing the property from them creating Quechee State Park.

If you found the previous one Pholicdea Please come find this one too! This is a large micro hiding in a unique way. No room for trade items but there is a pencil now! If you are vertically challenged (like me) you may need to use some skill to get to the cache, but dont let that discourage you from going after it. Please be careful and replace as found. Beware of the prickers and the beavers and enjoy!
