When they expanded the parking lot for this park, they totally removed the structure for the original Strike One tribute to the evil Strike Three, elsewhere in the park. That would leave only the lone Strike Two. So I just had to re-up this one. New type of container, new location, new difficulty level - so deserves whole new cache status.
This could be exasperating for some, thus a higher difficulty level, but still very easy terrain.
Do be aware of Muggles, both in the park and in the houses across the street. Happy Hunting.
