This cache is placed in honor of Barnoble who turns eighty on November 17, 2016. I met Barnoble on 8/9/13 looking for Above and Beyond (GC4JBA4). Since then we have geocached on Tuesdays and some other days. I have really enjoyed caching with Wayne and look forward to many more years. He is a gentleman and hikes like a young kid. Just recently he hiked to Above Antenna Tower Upper which is a pretty good hike for a 80 year old and came from Tunnel Springs Park in North Salt Lake. If you count the candles you will find that here are 80. Enjoy the experience and have fun. It is hidden in the hills that he loves to hike in so well.
When you get to the cache you may want to grab a couple of noise makers and sing a rousing Happy Birthday to him. Enjoy and have fun.
Getting to the cache: Beginning at the parking waypoint you travel easterly along the paved road, at 0.6 mile out the road becomes gravel. At 0.9 mile you will be at the cache location. The caches is about 30 feet downhill and creek side of the road about 30 feet. Happy hunting. Congratulation to TeamChristiansen for FTF.
