Geocache Description:

Doon Shore is a local amenity area which is popular for fishing and swimming during the summer months. A Christmas swim takes place here on Christmas Day.

The cache is a film cannister and it is possible to drive up and do a quick park and grab or stay and enjoy the waterfront. The area is busy on hot, sunny days with swimmers so stealth may be required if you are retrieving this cache in the summer.
