10 Years! In Search of the Goal Wherigo Cache

I used to completely despise wherigos. I never owned a device that could do them and the apps were either lackluster or non-functional. I even went to lengths to try to find out the data in other manners (read: hack the cartridge) which usually didn't bear much fruit either. Fast forward several years later when I got back into the game and I found that they aren't so bad after all. As it is one of the cache types I have not hidden, I have decided to hide one myself. Start at the posted coordinates and use the Reverse Cache Box Wherigo cartridge in the "Related Web Page" link to figure out where the container is. Below are the codes needed.
