The acronym W.R.C. can stand for quite a few different things. I'm not to sure what it means here, but you can search possible options here. In this case with the Waiotahe River being right here, and the fact that there is now a cache here, Waiotahe River Cache seems to fit nicely. What do you think it stands for???
