Campos is a nice, small and quiet place, with a lot to offer the occasional visitor especially during the turistic season including a busy market on Thursdays and Saturdays, and the odd fiesta and village fair that run periodically throughout the year. It is the administrative centre for this corner of Mallorca, with responsibility for one of the more renowned beaches, Es Trenc. This beach is probably the biggest reason people come to the area around Campos, and as a result, there are a number of very good rural hotels to stay in.
