Geocache Description:

The second in a series of micro tree caches I’m placing in an effort to increase the number of geocaches around Shanghai. All caches in this series will be quick stop and grab caches related to the theme of “Trees”.

Got some extra time, why not enjoy a peaceful stroll down this short and easily overlooked pedestrian walkway along a canal. It's a peaceful walkway lined with trees and would be a lovely stroll indeed if not for the stench of the drainage canal (amplified by the summer heat).

The walkway runs between Yan’an Xi Lu and Huaguan Lu and can be accessed from either street. The nearest metro station in line 10, Longxi Lu. Its just down the street from Hongmei Lu’s “Lao Wei Jie” or “Foreigner Street”. If your feeling like some international cuisine, its worth a visit.

You will need to either climb to get the cache or perhaps get on someone’s shoulders for a little extra height.
