New York Admin: When first submitted for review this cache had a proximity issue. Cache owner relocated it to where it was in the clear and the cache was published. Now, I find people are finding it back at the original spot which has the proximity issue. Looks like the cache was never moved but the coordinates were adjusted to get the cache past review and published. The cache was never moved and still has the same original proximity issue.
Since this cache was misrepresented during review I am archiving it.
