
Yes, this is another panda statue that wasn't originally part of the PandaMania art exhibit. Ben's Chili Bowl has commissioned panda statues for each of their stores similar to the one outside their original store on U Street. I had been staking this place out unsuccessfully for months without a panda sighting. At a September event, UnstealthyMonkey told me that the panda was indeed on display. I finally decided to take advantage of the weather (on a weekend I was actually in town) to scout out a location for a cache...which is easier said than done in this part of Arlington.
