Geocache Description:

This building called the El Paseo Building was built in 1926-27. The Spanish Eclectric complex once included the El Paseo Theatre and it served as the City Council Chamber 1944-48

Cache is another easy one and just a way for us to give you a history lesson

This cache was originally placed so the 5'3" female half of Wheeler Dealers could reach it. It has been moved higher as we read in logs. Feel free to place it lower
