Struthers Pentecostal Memorial Church
This Italian Renaissance style church, complete with Ionic columns and twin bell towers, was designed in 1880 by architect John Honeyman. It has a colourful entrance vestibule, and the airy main hall is decorated with nine stained glass windows by Douglas Strachan, fitted in 1920. The building was originally known as the Belhaven-Westbourne Free Church, which was then changed to the Great Western Road Free Church prior to Struthers taking it over.
As this is near a church, there are certainly times you will wish to avoid caching at that time to not alert its presence to muggles. As always, please be discreet.
