This is No 39 in a series of caches, some of these are at sporting venues others may not.
The Brownlow Medal was formally Charles Brownlow Trophy.
It is a individual award given to a player who is judged to be the fairest and best player in the
Australian Football League during the regular season.
This is decided by votes by the officiating umpires after each game.
The Medal has been awarded every year since 1924 with the exception of an intermission
from 1942 to 1945 due to World War 2.
Players are ineligible to win the Medal if they have been suspended for on field offences.
The 1973 and1974 Brownlow Medal was won by Keith Greg from the North Melbourne
[kangaroos] Football Team.
He had 27 votes in 1973
and 27 votes in 1974.
The cache maybe difficult to get if there are any sporting events being held.
The cache is a small screw top container painted black. It contains a log and some swaps.
Please replace as found, cover well.
Be careful of snakes during the warmer months.
Watch out for muggles.
