Cache is located across the trail from a plaque in honor of Tudor Richards which marks the entrance to the Tudor Richards Viewing Platform on the south side of Cherry Pond.
Tudor Richards (1015-2009) was an Exeter, N.H. native who was a tireless supporter in his efforts towards establishing the Pondicherry National Wildlife Refuge. His love and knowledge of the outdoors and tireless work on behalf of conservation in New Hampshire has had a profound impact on visitors to this special area.
