The road was good, when I was over there…dirt n gravel mostly…hard-packed…a two-wheel drive vehicle would probably do fine. Your choice, be wise. It is desert, so use the usual precautions. Stay on the roads…bring plenty of water and emergency supplies. My cell phone had service everywhere I went…that’s a bonus.
