Staring Lake Muggleproof (Hopefully) Traditional Cache

There have been caches here in the past, and they have never seemed to last long. I think the Outdoor Center camps use this area during the summer quite a bit. Although I am not a fan of particularly difficult caches (unless I find them), I thought this one would need to be a bit harder so the muggles can't find it.

Follows all Eden Prairie geocaching rules. Only search during open park hours.
