This park includes a one-mile loop trail around Lake Henry.
The trail is complete with two broad bridges over the Ramapo River.
It is visited by several species of waterfowl, including swans, geese and egrets.
You might even see some turtles along the banks of the lake.
The hike is just long enough to clear a head or reduce blood pressure.
