Point Henry 2b Traditional Cache

A cache to replace PH2, which had to be archived some time ago.  It seemed silly to have the series without a number 1 or number 2, so this is one of the replacements.

A park and grab cache which is on the edge of Point Henry Road at one end of a guard rail.  There is a spot to pull the car off the road just at the end of the guard rail, but please be careful of the traffic.  The ends of the guard rail seem to have changed recently, and this little fellow is guarding the guard rail, so to speak.  He is not threatening, unlike a friend of his nearby, which you may have already discovered.  Please use your own pen.
