This cache has been placed in the final resting place for many of the local inhabitants.
It is a companion cache to Grandad's Dynamite (GC3HTE4) which is placed in Nel's Cave on the buttress near the twin peaks of Towerkop mountain. Read the description of this man's exploits, our Granddad, in the cache dedicated to him. His wife, Gertrude Grace, died at the tender age of 27 years old, but not before she had borne 5 children. Our Mother and Mother-in-law, Edith Lavinia was the middle of the five children and is buried together with her mother in the twin grave at GZ.
From GZ if one looks over Ackerman between the fir trees you will see Towerkop and in the Buttress is Nel's Cave with the companion cache Grandad's Dynamite. Gaze and start planning the mountain climb excursion to complete the duo caches .......... !
