WallyKazam!Series Final-Wizard Jeff/Enormous treat Mystery Cache

This is part of the Wallykazam Series I put out for my boy, the youngest of Geobuggy14.  This cartoon on Nick JR is one of his favorite cartoons.  These caches range from easy park and grabs to some actuall thinking and for experienced cachers only.  Hope everyone has fun doing this series as i had putting this series together.

The first time this was out, it was muggled and stolen twice.  I moved it to a more secluded location and had to publish a new cache.

This cache is at the posted location.  However you need to solve the four digit padlock to access the case.  Also, if  you able to solve this quick enough, Wizard Jeff may have a surprise for you.
