Christ Church, Church of Ireland (Anglican) Diocese of Derry and Raphoe, belonging to the Christ Church, Culmore, Muff and St Peter's grouping.
Christ Church was constructed in 1830 to a design by John Ferguson. The church was constructed at the request of Bishop Knox. It is built in a Neo-Gothic styling and was known as a "Free Church". The church was later extended in 1881 but was later destroyed in a fire in the 1990's. The church was refitted in 2000.
Christ Church makes up an ecclesiastical precinct linking the Clarendon Street and Magee Conservation Areas to Derry City Council's flagship heritage park of Brooke Park.
The cache is a magnetic nano tucked in away from passing muggles. Please bring your own pen and tweezers may be useful to extract the log.
There is plenty of on street parking on the side streets surrounding the church. Please take care if you have children with you as it is on a busy road.
