Update January 2023 - Due to development in the area, the final cache has been moved, and the waypoint modified accordingly. If you worked it out previously, you will need to redo it.
At the published coordinates look for something unusual/out of place. It is in full view and you do not need to touch or move anything.
This will give you the coordinates for the final cache, which is a 500ml round plastic tub within 500 metres walk or drive.
