This camping event is for a social get together for local and not so local geocachers. An event to swap stories, play games, have fun and a number of new caches
We have decided to organise this camping event after having a fantastic time at the 2016 mega event. We heard stories of how other areas had similar events for social get togethers and were a great success. We are planning some fun and games for all ages over the weekend as well as having a number of new caches published in the area. A chance for all to get a ftf. Further information will be published nearer the time on all activities at the campsite. The campsite is at West End Farm, Salters Way, South Reston, Louth. LN11 8BF . A discount has been agreed with a price of £6 per night for adults £3 for children and £3 for an electric hook up. All bookings are made direct with the campsite. http:www.skegnessmablethorpecaravancamping.com/home . No purchase is necessary in order to just attend the event. The event will start at 4pm on friday 19th may 2017 and go through to 11am on Sunday 21st may 2017. In order to log the event as a find you have to attend at any time during the weekend although we suggest that any none campers that attend arrive at the campsite at 10.30am or 5.00pm on the Saturday. This is to make sure that the campsite is not deserted when you attend as many people will be out caching!!No purchase is necessary to attend although it is a camping event and it would be lovely for people to join in the fun and games planned for the weekend. Further to the planned event, we have now organised a breakfast meeting for the saturday morning at 9.30 to 10.30. No purchase is necessary unless your are hungry lol. The coordinates for the breakfast are N53 19.362 E0 06.871.
