This cache is placed to commemorate Meagan1!'s 1000th find (which I was lucky enough to find simultaneously like a portkey!) She has been a fantastic friend and unbelievably awesome real-life mentor which I have only tried to return with my geo and videography-mentorship! The cache is not at the posted coordinates. I chose the first stage because the name of the street it is located on will make Meagan1! giggle (she's mature as squirrel)
