SB Rest stop Traditional Cache

Rest stop with no facilities.  The building up the hill has been abandonded for years, but the river was too tough to cross.

This looks like an old abandonded foot bridge.  Not sure the device hanging from it at the water level.  First guess is that it once housed a fish cage.  Also note the bamboo ladders going up the tree across the river towards the abandonded building.  I will pay anybody one shiney USA nickel to climb to the top and post a picture.  All the way to the top!  (then come to Las Vegas to collect it)
