2. søndag i Advent 2016 Traditional Cache

Her på 2. søndag i Advent kunne det måske være rart med en spadseretur i ét af Roskildes mange grønne områder. I skrivende stund vides det ikke, om julesneen er kommet til Roskilde. Hvis det er tilfældet er stedet her rigtig fint til at kælke. Cachen indeholder lidt før julegaver, som artige børn gerne må tage uden at lægge noget i stedet. Voksne bedes bytte fair.

This cache is the second of four caches each published in  Roskilde on the last four sundays before Christmas 2016. Some of them are big boxes, which normally have difficulties to survive in an urban area. Anyway, we will try to look after the the caches so they stay alive for a long time. Tourists visiting Roskilde will be able to find additional 28 Christmas caches from 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017 in central parts of Roskilde. Keep stealth and be aware of muggles and hide the cache carefully!! Actually you are on a location where there once was a motor raceway in the period 1955-1968. As a little boy cacheowner together with his father and an uncle attended some races in the late fifties and early sixties. In 1961 and 1962 actually two Formula 1 races took place here. Legendary drivers as Stirling Moss and Jack Brabham participated.
